Healthy Lifestyle
Try this healthy lifestyle diet ... before you eat anything, think what nutritious value it provides
Breakfast: grape nuts cereal with skim or low fat milk, fruit (blueberries, rasberries, strawberries...)may substitute cereal for oatmeal or 2 eggs
11 am: sunflower seeds, yogurt, fruit (apple, orange, pear ...)
1 pm: salad with spinach, romaine lettuce, chiken breast, nuts (almonds, sunflower seeds...), tomatoes, cucumbers - dressing such as lemon with olive oil, fruit for dessert
3 pm: banana, yogurt
Dinner: fish (mahi mahi, salmon, tilapia ...) or lean meat ( turkey, chicken breast), vegetables (green beans, peas, sweet potatoes ...)
any more snacks should be fruit or nuts only
Exercise 90-150 minutes per week, moderate intensity (brisk walking, jogging, biking, swimming...)
